SINGLES / DAY USE - On the Roof Rack, Back of the Car or Ute. UTE / Basic No Frills This is the most common - TOUR / Gear Pocket for Wetsuit towell etc, Plush lined, Poly Canvas Top. EXPORT / Aircraft heavier quality. Limited range. SUP / Silver Tarpee outer with 5mm foam.
TRAVEL / MULTIPLE BOARDS on Aircraft UTE DOUBLE Basic no frills but they are light weight AND durable. Doubles only. SLIMLINE Doubles - 2 boards up to 3” thick and 20 - 21” Triples - 3 boards up to 3” thick and 20 - 21” Maybe 1 extra board if your boards are all really thin. The Covers are actually 23” wide. A Zip Up section allows a maximum of 1 fixed fin board to be packed MULTI BULKY Up to 4 Boards. Designed to Cater for at least one larger Full Nose Board. IE Start with your longest Mini Mal or Longboard then add other short boards. This means these covers have lots of room for “stuff” but no wheels. COFFIN WHEELER Up to 4 Boards only if they are thin - but generally 3 regular boards. Wheels Add weight. Consider Airline Luggage charges and restrictions. Broader templates means more room for Stuff.
SIZES The SIZE Indicates the BOARD SIZE. Maybe you can get an extra Inch in - Don’t ask a 6’8” board to go into a 6’6” If you want more room in the Multis - go longer…there is no problem with some extra room. SUP covers have more allowance for length 2-3inches depending on the board thickness etc.
ZIPPERS Zip Slides are prone to corrosion. We tried Plastic but they wear and don’t last. YOU MUST LUBE AND WASH BEFORE STORAGE. We use a Spiral Style rather than Chunky teeth, they handle Sand better. Stating the obvious - Don’t Drag your covers along the ground. It will wreck your Zips.

Hi Mark,
Just wanted to share a quick update — I’ve completed my scratch build of the RES Eagle competition glider, and I’m stoked with the result! Every single part was cut, sanded, and painted by hand, and the take-off weight came in at just 436 grams.
Today was the maiden flight, marking the end of this 4-week project. I’ve attached a few photos so you can see what your balsa wood has turned into!
Thanks again for the great balsa — it made all the difference in this build.

6'11 Semi Gun Birthday Gift
I signed myself up to a masterclass with Mark to make myself a unique 50th birthday gift for myself. The results speak for themselves.
Initial engagement with Mark ensured we were on track to make the Balsa surfboard of my dreams. The next steps to progress the lengths of balsa to a surfboard shape were clear and precise thanks to Mark's guidance. Mark provides clear direction on what is required and is helpful when it comes to those tricky steps. The use of power tools and hand sanding was very therapeutic through the whole process.
Mark's experience shone through when we had some trouble with my special requests and finishes that were required. Mark was able to find solutions and ensured that the board finished in accordance with my initial design.

I just wanted to get back to you regarding the order sent to France.
After a hand injury forced a break (amazing what a planer can do to your hand... first time in 30 years of use!) I finally got around to opening things up and began shaping this week.
The cut lumber looks great, that'll be for the second board.
Anyway, I'm stoked to be advancing on this and thanks for working with me on billing and shipping.
