Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the type of product you order. BALSASURFBOARDSRILEY.COM.AU will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. BALSASURFBOARDSRILEY.COM.AU can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. You must be at home to receive your goods – I will give the courier your contact number and ask them to call you before delivery, but as you know a lot of the couriers will not do this. If you are unable to meet the courier and he tries to deliver the goods and you are not there, then there maybe another small charge for a return delivery.

Important note - STC – Subject To Check – When you receive your goods and you don’t have time to open the packaging and check the goods – you should always write next to your signature STC (Subject To Check). This indicates that you have received the pack but not inspected it at this stage to see that it is not damaged for insurance purposes.

These requirements are necessary by the insurance company if anything goes wrong with the delivery.

Overseas deliveries will be sent to the closest International airport (could take 1 to 3 weeks)to the customer. If this is not possible then it may be sent via sea (could take 3 to 10 weeks).

All imports into foreign countries with accrue local charges and fees.

Returns & Replacements

If notified before goods have been dispatched, BALSASURFBOARDSRILEY.COM.AU can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, BALSASURFBOARDSRILEY.COM.AU reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty.
Faulty goods will be replaced.
